WHAT ARE YOUR RETURN POLICIES?

 

Purchases made in full price may receive a full refund within 14 days of the delivery date. Store credit may be received whitin 30 days of delivery date.

Item purcesed as a sale product may be returnet for a full refund within 14 days of the delivery.

After 30 days of the delivery date, merchandise cannot be returned. Items market FINAL SALE may not be exchanged or returned at any time.

Item that have been used, washed or altered may not be returned. All tags must attached.

Sample sale merchandise is not eligible for return at any time and are considered to final sale item.

Once the merchandise has been received, Jesslyn Blake reserves the right to deny any type of refund if the item does not fulfill all the return policy requirements.

Shipping and handling charges for returns are non-refundable. The only exception is if Jesslyn Blake has made a shipping error.

Jesslyn Blake currently only offer FEDERAL EXPRESS for domestic return addresses. The customer is required to pay shipping on return sent from outside the U.S. We are unable to process exchanges at this time.

Refunds & Processing Time

If you package arrives at JESSLYN BLAKE within the 14-day timeline specified above, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 bussiness days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your acount when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to you acount once they have received the information from JESSLYN BLAKE.
